i4444 Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

i4444 (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms apply to the i4444 website, mobile version, and all services provided through them.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one i4444 account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, this will be treated as bonus abuse and all accounts and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Update your account immediately if any information changes. i4444 reserves the right to close accounts where false information has been provided.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification is pending or a security review is required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 worth of bets must be placed before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions.
• Bonuses are only usable on eligible games — the list of applicable games will be stated in each offer's details.
• Bonus balance is used separately from your own funds before the wagering requirements are met.
• i4444 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected.

6. Fair Play Policy

8. Account Suspension and Closure

i4444 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms.
• Suspected fraud or deception.
• Providing false information.
• For regulatory or legal reasons.
• Extended period of no activity on the account.

8.2 User Rights

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. If applicable wagering requirements have been met before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawable.

9. Limitation of Liability

i4444 accepts no liability for:

• Game sessions interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Damage caused by problems with the user's own devices or software.
• Inconvenience caused by delays from third-party services (such as mobile banking).
• Account information falling into the hands of a third party due to the user's own negligence.

i4444's maximum liability will under no circumstances exceed the amount you deposited in a specific transaction. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
